I am a product design leader with fifteen years in enterprise B2B SaaS. I have built design teams from scratch, mentored more than five hundred designers and product managers, and shipped platform products used by millions at Apple, IBM, Salesforce and Amazon.
I am a player-coach. I take the hard problems myself, and I grow designers who ship work they are proud of. Today I run Tappable Group, an AI-native design studio where the deliverable is running software, and I am looking for my next full-time team: founding designer at a startup that needs someone who can carry a product from idea to working software, or a head of design or director role where craft still matters.
Computer science degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. CPO program at Northwestern Kellogg. Based in San Jose, California. English and Hebrew.
